Hey Im a newb here in newgrounds! I made a quiz but its not very good! im writing this to see if you could help me! For example how to manage sound or have a a bit of flash when i step up with the mouse on a button or somethign! some tips or advices! Thank you!

Okay, first off this is a a mostly male community so you probably won't gain much popularity by making twilight submissions.
Flash-wize:
Clearly you already know what a button is, now try using movie clips.
A movie clip can be any number of frames and it will loop continuoisly whereever you put it.
Inside the buttons there are 4 frames: Up, Over, Down, Hit
Up: the way your regular button looks
Over: What your button looks like when you hover over it
Down: What it looks like whn clicked
Hit: The area that the cursor has to hover over to activate the button, this will be taken as what's in the Up frame if left blank.
Movie clips can be put in place for anyone of these frames.
